We work hard to fulfill our clients satisfaction when sourcing items or parts for their facilities or manufacturing plants, and for their projects by providing a 12-month one to one exchange warranty on all new and reconditioned parts supplied.
Warranty Works
If our clients have purchased an item from us and it has defects or is faulty, within the 12-month period, we will process the one to one exchange.

V Automation is not an authorized distributor of the products, therefore, manufacturer warranty does not apply.

Our 12-month warranty applies to all new and reconditioned items. The warranty starts when items are received by our clients.

Any warranty claims must be received before the 12-month period ends. Any claims beyond the 12-month warranty period will not be accepted.

All defected or faulty units or parts are to be inspected and tested. If parts are determined not faulty, testing and shipping fees are to be applied.
